As a big advocate of Pilates,
I want to make Pilates accessible to Everyone!

In Mat Pilates, we use your body weight to increase your core and body strength- improve flexibility, coordination, mobility and overall well-being. You can also expect to work on balance, breathing, and your pelvic floor. Mat Pilates targets the deep muscles surrounding your joints for a well-aligned body.

I will explain how to activate your deep core structures and pelvic floor correctly. You can safely strengthen your back and progress as your strength builds weekly. It’s never dull as I take pride in offering different movements to keep you motivated, but at the same time, I won’t have you doing the splits or backbends.

Don’t worry about keeping up, as the pace is adaptable to all. I work hard to make you feel welcome and comfortable in a larger group setting. You are not just a number; I am here to help you work towards your health goals. I guide all participants with verbal cues and will make adjustments or recommendations for individuals to make the most out of their session!

So Why Mat Pilates?
