“I’d heard a lot about Pilates before I started training with Mary. Everyone was talking about the “CORE”… strengthening your “CORE”, getting your stomach back from the inside, and helping with posture, it’s a great workout for the whole body without the strain!
So I thought I would give it a go!!! WOW… amazing. Everything I heard was true! It truly is a fabulous overall workout. The reformer beds and mat work is challenging yet not physically straining and although I’m getting the “burn” I would get in a weight or cardio session, I’m walking away feeling my whole body has been exercised not just a particular part!
The set-up of Mary’s studio is great – it’s personal, private, spotlessly clean and comfortable with perfect class sizes of no more than 4! To top that off with an encouraging, dedicated, quiet and caring teacher there is no better place to increase your fitness and well-being…Not to mention strengthening the “CORE” would encourage everyone to give it a go! “
