Mary has been working with our Highland Dance Studio for the last 6 months and her tailored Pilates classes have been a valuable addition to our training program. Mary takes time to understand our specific needs and creates Pilates sessions that assist our dancers in stretching and strengthening their bodies to best prepare them for dancing and avoid injury. She is very articulate in her descriptions of each movement and exercise and takes time explaining the anatomy and the physical benefits of each exercise. Her breadth of knowledge is excellent and through her sessions we have all become more intune with our bodies and have a better appreciation of how we can best look after ourselves.
