Passess and Memberships are recorded in the Punchpass system once you register. Clients will be notified when renewal is due and can reschedule, cancel or check credits. There are no minimum periods. If you go away or absent for a few weeks you just pick up where you left off.
Yes if your circumstances have changed you may request to cancel your membership and request a refund. Allow 7-10 days after the request for processing. No questions asked. You can also cancel your membership directly in the Punchpass software.
By joining as a member that you provide truthful information about yourself. That we have the right to terminate or suspend the subscription if we find that you have provided inaccurate information.
Upon joining you will be given access to the email subscription. Any passwords given is for the use of the clients only and is not transferable.
We use third parties to provide these services to you including payment processing, registrations and bookings. They may have access to personal information required to perform their functions. They will not use your information for any other purpose.
Upon payment you agree to use a valid credit card and pay all costs, fees, charges and applicable taxes applied. You will need to provide your full name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card or billing information. If the information is incorrect we have the right to refuse to continue with the payment and services put on hold.
