I should give this review context – I am a 40+ year old male who has a long history of chronic issues with my back, hips and shoulders and am recovering from another back injury and shoulder surgery.
I do Pilates as a means to recovery and to allow me to continue to keep active and play sport and I find that Mary is outstanding at customising and targeting the areas that I need to work on to improve my strength, flexibility and recover from my injuries.
The sessions are conducted in an excellent environment – new, clean and relaxed, and well designed for someone like me that I keep correct technique and load so I can ensure that I progress my rehabilitation through continuing to build strength and flexibility – helping me to manage and prevent further injury.
