Before I started Pilates I had chronic back pain due to spondylolisthesis. I was having trouble carrying the shopping, or even walking properly after doing something as simple as vaccumming. My Oesteopath recommened pilates to strengthen my core. I am so glad that they recommended Mary, The classes are small and you get one on one contact. Mary targets every session to your needs in regards to how your body is feeling on the day. I have been going to Mary for a couple of years now, our regular Tuesday class was always something to look forward to we always had so much fun. I am now lower back pain free and I can really feel if I have missed a class or two. Mary is amazing and really cares, even during Lockdown she is doing zoom classes and sending info emails to clients to help them out, Thanks Mary 🙂
